The location was super convenient. I could easily walk to the train station and access city buses and trams! i also found the tourist area to be quite walkable, a huge plus. i safety was good walking around, even later at night.
The pillows could have been a bit firmer. I found myself wishing for a little more support.

The hotel has a convenient luggage storage service. I used it to store my baggage before check-in. the lobby includes vending machines that provided snacks and drinks, convenient for quick refreshments.

the location was really near the main train station. i found it convenient for my travel plans. the room was big, a definite plus, and the staff has been helpful, particularly on check in.
The check-in felt impersonal. There was no contact with a real person! which as a woman. the room's walls had stains in multiple places, a bit off-putting. the room's interior decor was not pleasant. It seemed like a bare minimum effort.

The hotel's proximity to the main train station proved very convenient, especially with luggage. I found parking spaces without difficulty in the surrounding area. The staff offered friendly and efficient assistance with all my inquiries.
The room lacked sufficient sound insulation. Noise from doors and passersby was noticeable during the evening.

the biggest issue was the lack of ventilation in the room. the window didn't open fully, i think to prevent falls. this meant no fresh air came in. it got very stuffy, especially at night. i asked about a fan, but they didn't have any available during my entire stay. it made sleeping quite difficult.

The location was convenient as it was close to the train station.
The room felt excessively hot, similar to a sauna. I found it difficult to sleep due to the high temperature and limited ventilation because the windows only tilted open. I think investing in fans could improve conditions, especially during the summer months.
